I have email accounts with another ISP, can you migrate these to your servers?

We can, but it is somewhat time consuming and therefore can be expensive (we charge based on the time spent or tasks of this nature).

The approach we suggest you try is installing the Thunderbird email client, connect it to your old IMAP account and your new IMAP account and then drag and drop the email archive between the two. This can be quite slow as all the emails have to be downloaded and then uploaded, but we have found it to be the simplest and easiest way to copy email between IMAP accounts.

If you are happy using the command line then OfflineIMAP is worth considering for this task as it can synchronize two IMAP servers with each other.
