How do your support emails work?
Generally the best method to contact us is via email, email@example.com.
You'll get a reply with a subject like this: "Re: [webarchitects #5552] About your enquiry".
To continue that conversation, please reply to this email, rather than composing a brand new email. It's very helpful if you do this; we need to use this 'ticketing' system (called RT) as we get so many emails each day, we would lose track of things without it. Also it enables the others at Webarchitects to be 'kept in the loop' and pick things up.
The number (#5552 in the above example) will appear on all emails about your enquiry until it is completed. You may also find it helpful, when searching for replies in your inbox.
